 Chocolate Protein Shake

Chocolate Protein Shake

Chocolate Protein Shake

This shake is super easy to make and perfect for busy on the go moms!! I usually have this for breakfast during the school year season because my mornings are crazy. While I'm making the kiddos breakfast, packing their lunch and back packs, I can be sipping on this protein shake! It's totally up to you which kind of protein you prefer to use...I personally love Shakeology. My favorite flavor is Chocolate vegan ;) But you can use other brands or flavors.

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk or water
  • 1T peanut butter (optional)
  • handful of ice

Blend all ingredients & enjoy!!!
