I'm a wife & mom to 4 amazing kiddos. I began my health & fitness journey in June 2015, about 6 weeks after my third child was born. After having my third kiddo and having gained 50lbs with that pregnancy and not losing any of the weight afterwards, I felt frustrated and lost!! I wanted to lose the baby weight and feel confident again. I didn't have time to go the gym, so I started to look for workouts that I can do at home. I also started finding healthy, clean and Kid approved recipes! About 10mths into my health & fitness journey I lost 60lbs & found myself again. I felt great, I felt confident!
So, I decided to create this blog to share my health & fitness journey and to show all the busy moms out there that they can get their body back and feel great too!
