Hi, I’m Katie aka FunFitnessMama an Online Certified Personal Trainer. I’m passionate about helping Moms with their health & fitness journey. I create personalized workout programs for busy Moms that they can do in the comfort of their own home with little to no equipment. I teach moms how to fit in their workouts into their busy schedule. I also provide Meal plan & prep tips that will save Moms time throughout the week. When I’m not training my Mama clients, I’m spending time with my husband and 4 kids and 2 dogs. We’re an active family running between volleyball games, basketballs and band concerts.
