Here's a low impact Upper Body workout. This is nice beginner workout during your pregnancy that'll get those endorphins going & increase your energy. If you're a beginner start with a light weight dumbbell-5lbs or less. Do each move for 20secs & repeat 3X....contact your doc before performing any workout!
